Meet The Staff

Dr. Catherine Winslow is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who believes that optimal outcomes are achieved through a combination of artistic abilities and a thorough understanding of the science involved in surgery. In fact, Dr. Winslow recently scored the highest in the nation on the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS), underscoring her ability and dedication to her practice. She is determined to provide the highest quality of medical care and surgical outcomes that can be achieved. Dr. Winslow started her medical career at the Indiana University School of Medicine. After graduating with honors, she then completed an Otolaryngology residency at the University of Colorado. Her desire to take her skills to another level led her to Portland, Oregon, where she completed a fellowship in microvascular and facial cosmetic surgery. She then proceeded to Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

As Chief of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Walter Reed for four years, Dr. Winslow honed her skills in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. From facial cosmetic procedures to microvascular and trauma cases (from Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq), Dr. Winslow enjoyed a large practice and served America's finest with distinction. She was asked to serve as the Otolaryngology Consultant to the White House, a privilege she accepted with honor. Dr. Winslow still returns to lecture to The White House medical staff periodically.

She was selected to serve as an examiner for the ABFPRS and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ABOto) national examination boards, indicating her position as one of the top surgeons in the field nationally. She serves on facial plastic and microvascular committees for the American Academy of Otolaryngology. She has written numerous articles, given lectures all over the country, and maintains a strong interest in teaching. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor for Indiana University School of Medicine in the Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and is a diplomat of both the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She was recently awarded the Torchbearer Award by the State of Indiana for her accomplishments and contributions. She focuses on facial cosmetic enhancement, rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty. She simply is one of the most experienced, qualified facial plastic surgeons in the country.

  TRISTE ROSEBROUGH

Triste began her nursing career at Riley Hospital and joined Dr. Winslow from the very beginning when she opened her practice. As a nurse injector, she strives to provide excellent care and only the best customer service. This commitment has made WFPS a Diamond Provider for Allergan – which means we provide more Botox, Juvederm and Latisse than almost any other office in Indiana.

As the only ACE injector in Indiana (an honor given to her by Allergan) Triste has put WFPS in the top 1.5% nationally in customer retention – which translates into many happy patients! Triste also serves as an ACE trainer for Allergan.

Triste loves her job! She takes pride in every aspect of her job, especially with her patients in assisting them to look and feel their best – and it shows!

ERIN LYONS

Erin graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors degree in nursing in 2003. She worked at Riley Children's Hospital for nine years and thoroughly enjoyed her experience at Riley.  She was very grateful when an opportunity came to allow her to spend more time with her husband and two beautiful daughters. She is Dr. Winslow's sedation nurse on Tuesday and Thursday, as well as helps with preop teaching and post op appointments.  Erin is also an excellent Botox injector. She did an intense apprenticeship under Dr. Winslow and Triste' as well as attending an advance injector course. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading!

LISA BAYNE - Patient Care Coordinator

Prior to joining the WFPS team, Lisa retired from Eli Lilly and Company. She began her career in editorial services before joining the guest relations department as a guest host and special events coordinator. While at Lilly, Lisa attended IUPUI, taught database management courses at Ivy Tech, and earned a certificate of mediation in family and divorce conflicts. Since 1994, she served as corporate archivist and historian.

Lisa believes that cosmetic enhancements improve self-esteem and help project a positive image. “The smallest tweak can make the biggest difference in how we view ourselves and how we interact with others!”

Besides running and ballroom dancing, Lisa loves working outdoors and spending time with her friends and family—especially her grandchildren!

SANDY GREEN

Sandy earned her Bachelors degree in nursing from Purdue University.  She has been a nurse at Riley for the past 11 years.  Sandy still works part time at Riley as well as part time as a sedation nurse for Dr. Winslow.  Working at both places gives Sandy a nice mix of nursing experiences.  She really enjoys the one on one time that she gets to spend with the patients as she prepares them for surgery and recovers them from sedation. 

In her spare time, Sandy enjoys spending time with her four year old daughter and her husband.   

  SHANNON REEVES

Shannon’s experience in the past 9 years is extensive. Certified in laser, Latisse, PCA, IS Clinical, she also has advanced training in full body waxing. Her dedication to her clients is the utmost priority, ensuring that each client is given the attention that they deserve. Shannon is also developing a program for oncology esthetics.

Besides loving her job, Shannon has been married for over 6 years to Brian and they share the joy of their 5 year old daughter Addison.

  NADEAN

After graduating with honors from Aveda Fredric’s Institute, Nadean made the decision to expand her knowledge in the esthetic field to become one of the top estheticians in the area.

Nadean is certified in PCA chemical peels, a Latisse expert and highly trained in laser treatments. Her specialty is in customizing each treatment to the client’s needs along with providing excellent customer service so that the client looks their very best!

Along with loving her job, Nadean spends her time with her beautiful 14 month old daughter and her family and friends.

  SARAH SWANSON

Sarah is the newest team member to join the WFPS team as our part-time front office assistant.

As a former Human Resource Manger, Sarah enjoys the opportunity to work with the WFPS group but also be able to spend more time with her new son.

On Mondays and Fridays, as well as our Open House dates, Sarah will be there to assist you in appointments and patient comfort.

  TYLER MARIE ALFORD

Tyler Marie loves her position as the new WFPS front office manager.  She is a 2011 graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, where she studied International Studies, Spanish, and Anthropology. As a recent graduate, Tyler has moved back home to Indianapolis to work and make plans for her future. She hopes to attend the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in the fall.

In her spare time, Tyler enjoys relaxing with her family and friends, working out, and watching movies! Call her at the front desk to book an appointment, ask questions, or simply say hello!
